CORI Forms

posted Jan 20, 2012 3:32 PM by Patricia McShane   [ updated Jan 20, 2012 3:34 PM ]

CORI FORMS- One very important responsibility to be accomplished in each parish is the completion of the CORI forms for all volunteers in the parish.  This is mandated by the Archdiocese to insure the protection of all parishioners, particularly the children.  In an effort to make this as easy as possible, we have made the weekend of January 28th/29th the time to submit the CORI form.  A designated person will be in the sacristy after each Mass to receive and verify the form.  All volunteers should have received the form and directions in a mailing sent out previously.  If you have already completed this task, we thank you.  If you did not receive the material, please contact Patricia McShane in the office.  We are most grateful for your help and time in the parish and for your efforts in getting this done.

Reception of the Holy Eucharist

posted Jan 20, 2012 3:24 PM by Patricia McShane

Reception of the Holy Eucharist We are aware that some parishioners and guests may not be able to navigate the walk up for the Communion line at Mass. While the priests and Extraordinary Ministers are sensitive to look for these individuals, logistically, if they were seated in the first few pews in the center of the church on either side of the aisle, it would be much easier for those distributing the Blessed Sacrament to reach them. Thank you for your consideration.
